Are all the products 100% authentic?
YES! All the items we sell are 100% authentic. At WMI Fashion all the items are checked for authenticity twice. We check the items when we buy it and before shipping we do a final legit- and quality check and put our own tags on the sold products. We hate fake and counterfeit items and don't encourage selling these!
How can Wmi.Fashion offer these exclusive items?
Just as you we struggle to get our hands on these exclusive items. But how are we able to get our offer these items? We buy our pairs from physical stores ,online stores, collectors and also trusted and profession resellers. All the items will still be checked after buying from trusted sources.
Why does prices of items change on the website?
We sell limited edition items which have a high demand and low stock in general. This can cause prices to change, because of changes in the market. We match our prices with the market and evaluate multiple times per week.

Questions about Orders
Was my order succesfull, because I have not received a confirmation?
If you haven't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours after you've placed you order contact us on wmiproducts@hotmail.com. Make sure the e-mail contains: your name, the item you have ordered and if possible a copy or proof of the payment.
Can I change and/or cancel my order?
Forgot to add something to your cart while ordering or do you want to cancel your order? This is no problem, just send an e-mail to wmiproducts@hotmail.com . If the order already has been shipped, then canceling is not possible anymore. In that case you always have the possibility to return the item. For more info on returns, please go to the Returns section.

Shipping Questions
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we currently offer shipping to all the countries in Europe, contact us for shipping it your region isn't shown. This way we can make sure we choose your desired shipping option
How long will it take to receive my item?
We strive to deliver your item as fast as possible ofcourse. For Dutch customers shipping will take 1 to 4 business days. For all other customers outside the Netherlands delivery times are dependent on your location. Usually our worldwide customers receive their item within 10 business days.
Which company will deliver my orders?
For Dutch customers we work together with DPD most of the time. For all other customers outside the Netherlands we use DPD. We try to find the cheapest but most reliable logistics provider for every customer!
I received a Track & Trace code but it doesn't work?
Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping company to process your shipment. If after 48 hours you still cannot find your shipment, please contact us and we will go after it!
Is it possible to pick-up items or arrange a meet-up?
